Keeping in line with my previous sneaker of the week posts, I bring to you Vans’ very own summer ready shoe. Dubbed “Peach Soda”, the beautiful blue to pink ombre shoes look delicious. I’ve always been into the Authentic silhouette of Vans and I am remembering why, they are an easy model to love. I got my first pair at 12 and have been flirting with the model ever since. Final Word: Beautifully executed.
Adidas – Ash Pearl
Now I’m not typically a fan of the Gazelle silhouette, but when they are done in shades of red and pink I tend to give them a second look. Such is the case with these “Ash Pearl” bad girls. I really think it’s in a shade that will turn heads, but at the same time have you feeling good about what you’re wearing. Final Word: Pink power wins yet again.
Asics – Gel Lyte “Snow White”
These beauties are too freaking cute! I mean, a bow, a friggin’ bow AsicsTiger, you won XMAS! As you may or may not know, I write often about sneakers in the All Gone book. If you’re not familiar, it’s a yearly book that highlights all the most limited edition gear, sneakers and art pieces for that year. I edit and contribute to it and have been doing so since 2012, GEESH! Anyhow, I always am up there writing about these hot Gel-Lyte sneakers for dudes and they went and did this! I literally am really going to have to cop these. They’re unique, cute, and in one of my favorite winter colors, maroon! These were in collaboration with Disney for the movie Snow White and it’s 80th anniversary. While that’s not my favorite Disney movie, i still am digging these fresh a** kicks. Final Word: You did that AsicsTiger.
Nike – Special Field Air Force 1 Mid
Wow, this is sneaker is everything. I am a huge fan of military inspired digs, so this is right up my alley. Not only is it pink, but it has this militaristic army vibe. Major kudos to Nike for that one right there…they are perfect! Final word: Pink goodness, mixed with some fight, me says YES!
Nike – Air Max ’97 “Taupe Grey”
Here I go again with these Air Max silhouettes, but I mean look at these babies. I am totally digging the lilac purple color, even though it’s erroneously named “Taupe Grey”, I can get past that. The Max ’97 has a cleaner execution and I really love the cool smooth lines. These are completely wearable and I really, really, love these. Final word: Lilac lovers rejoice!
