It seems it’s always rainy in Paris. Even though that isn’t true, there are some periods where I question. Then I think about it, and we had weird weather back in New England where I’m from anyhow, so it’s all good. After the rain comes the sunshine.
This photo comes to you as I was on my way to the market, because in Paris it’s much better to get your food fresh at reasonable prices. How things usually go, you gotta wake up early on a Sunday to get your goods for the next couple of days. Why? Everything closes by noon or 1pm the latest and in my hood, most places are closed on a Monday. I cannot begin to tell you how good the fresh fruits and veggies have been to my body. I was hella picky in the states, but in Paris it’s much easier to eat healthy on a budget. The food regulations are at a whole other level. I could go on and on, but that’s for another day. For now, just enjoy me in all of my cuteness. 😉
This image touches a lot of points. Not only is my lipstick poppin, yellow purse shining bright, and my accessories on point, but that hat screams look at me! Once again, I got this amazing little guy at H&M on a whim. Me and hats have an interesting relationship. I really like them and they actually look great on me. But I always hesitate to wear them because either my hair isn’t how I want it to be with the hat, or I forget. Either way, this whole look is just love. It really reminds me of the main character from the film Léon: The Professional. He wore a similar hat and it just made him look bad a*s, kind of how I felt this day. Sidenote: I am aware my bra was showing and I don’t care really.
