Honor thyself. And on the 8th day I honored my mind, body, and soul. Today it’s time to start being conscious of what is put into our body. Better eating habits are a great place to start and what better time then in the morning. Try eating some fruits, drinking some lemon water. Also a good stretch, some yoga poses can be amazing over time for the soul and body. Honor your needs and boundaries. If you don’t want to do somethings, don’t. If you need space from certain people, take the space. Just give yourself some moments to yourself. Honor whatever it is you need to do for yourself.
